Rules Update: Patch 4.1

General
List of Tag Lines has been updated.
Players are permitted to transfer their own Kickits towards another player’s Character Creation CCP. This is the only instance of Kickits Transfer that is permitted.
Guilds And Skills
* Performance has been changed as follows:
Performance 1: Battle: Voice Effect: Allied Grant Prowess. This grants all allies 5 extra Vital Strikes that are not part of their limitation of 5.
Performance 2: Battle: At the end of the performance you may now call a Voice Effect Ally Reset Offensive Abilities. This resets all offensive abilities.
Performance 3: Battle: For one minute, all strikes are given +1 damage.
* Apothecary 1 has been clarified to include identifying and picking herbs.
* Strongman skill Tenacious has been moved to Strongman 3, while Steadfast has been moved up to Strongman 4.
* Recipe books. All recipes for crafting will have tags associated with them. When you learn a new recipe, a new tag will be given to you. As such, recipes can be found in the same manner. The phys-rep requirement is just a journal or any other type of log to store the characters recipes. This book may be used at events for other players with appropriate skill and material requirements without having learned the recipe. Players can also learn recipes from another player's recipe book, Once Per Event.
Martial Schools and Combat
* Characters cannot begin the game with a preferred weapon material unless they take the Advantage, Heirloom Item.
* Non-School Combat abilities can be used with any weapon, regardless of the character’s Marital School.
* Spelling errors corrected.
Magic
* Due to events that occurred in play, new players may begin the game with a magic affinity of their choice and a base spell (ward, dart, stabilize) of their choice.
Reminders:
* You may purchase only 1 EXP extra per event, and 1 EXP extra per off month.
* If you have successfully learned magic spells or recipes in IBGAs, please include these in your Event Checkout with your other spells and recipes learned.
* If you have Character Sheet corrections, please list them in feedback after events.
* Even if you aren't spending EXP, please submit the PC Event Checkout form so we can award you with your earned EXP.
