So going through the rulebook in preparation for making my character i have run across all three of the above terms with no real description of their recovery rate or true effect. For example fortitutde 5 says i can take a mortal blow as 5 points of resilience, is this just another way of saying toughness, or do i have a resilience stat that i need to be made aware of. Also, i was wondering at what rate skins come back as per the advantage that gives one

Resiliece is your total of skin and toughness. Toughness resets when you have a chance to have a standard rest in order to reset your combat abilities typically. Magical Skins, recover by them being cast on you unless you have skins from potions or a guild skill which also requires resources to use.

Further, the skin advantage is considered toughness, and not a skin.

Does armor add to resilience? or is it just Toughness?

Armor is kinda on its own due to the fact that it is ablative and does not stop magic.

In the april event it was mentioned that magical skins to not stack. What actually constitutes a magical skin and do other skins stack. For example would northmen martial skill bear skin stack with the performance and tactician skin buff as well as the botany rank 1 buff and have an empowered tattoo skin buff and pebble skin on top of your skin advantage for crap tons of skin. Which ones are classified as magical skins and therefore do not stack or is it just that you can't have multiple pebble skins active.

Alright, expect a claritication on the advantage. It is basically just native vitality like resilience. Skins do not stack at all and updates and clarification will happen with the next update.
