Hello, and thank you to everyone who has jumped on the previous request for tabards/weapons/packets!!
The following items are ***desperately*** needed for Monster Town and MT Storage Organization - before October 1st if at allpossible. Please keep your receipts for Kickits and be sure to fill out the Kickit Submission Form to ensure proper credit!!!
We will take as many of these as we can get, as they make loading and unloading the truck MUCH easier than random squishy bags and loose stuff. The more of these we can get ahold of, the better organized we will be going forward for future events.
Totes sizes #2 and #3 are the most urgently needed, but all others are welcome. Example links are posted below - comparable items are fine, we're not picky about brand, color, lid style, etc as long as they have lids and are hard sided plastic.
Please don't spend a fortune, but if you do find them on sale for a good price, please let us know where and the price even if you can't pick them up immediately yourself!! Most importantly, keep your eyes peeled for Back to School clearance to hit, and also for garage sales as the weather starts getting cooler! This is the BEST time of year to find these items for cheap!!! Thank you all in advance. Even just keeping your eye out for sales will help!!
1) Plastic Totes 30+ gallons for large and bulky lightweight props, etc.
2) Plastic Totes 20 - 30 gallon for costumes, masks, props, etc.
3) Plastic File Storage Totes and/or Plastic Totes 10-20 gallon for smaller props, masks, etc.
4) Plastic Totes Small - shoebox size to 10 gallon for tiny props, makeup, jewelry, etc.
5) Plastic 36+ inch Long Under Bed Totes for wings, long props, etc.
6) Collapsible Laundry Baskets (for sorting MT laundry on site to avoid dirty items getting put back with clean costuming in the main bins - try Dollar Tree)
7) Garment Bags w/ Zip Closures (needed for condensing NPC-specific costumes/accessories by character for easy access)
8) Colored Pillow Cases/Bags w/ Draw Strings for Packet Storage and Sorting - at least 2 each (grey, brown)
9) Colored Pillow Cases/Bags w/ Draw Strings for Packet Storage and Sorting - 1 each (silver, white, black, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple)
