So the latest rule update says: "- Players can also learn recipes from another player's recipe book, Once Per Event or one per downtime session. This is a reminder, not a change."
Is this per skill, or one per game, period? I'm assuming it would be per skill since there are so many craft skills, and a character that does nothing but make things would be seriously SOL if they got one recipe for ALL their skills. Would skill level apply to learning more skills? For instance perhaps if you're level 3 in a skill you could learn a level 3 recipe, a level 2 and a level 1 recipe, or 3 level 1 recipes? Or we could do them similar to what we're now doing with lowlevel spells, in that on the lower levels they're 1 per day, not per game. Otherwise learning the basics takes an interminally long time and only really affects newbies.
